Accommodation

Live Language Salento offers an accommodation reservation service free of charge to ensure a hassle-free start to your stay. You can choose to live in the centre of town, on the outskirts or in a comfortable flat near the sea. It is very important that you state clearly in your application what your needs and expectations are. This will help us to find the best possible solution for you and will avoid disappointment!

Most of our students enjoy staying in the MASSERIA PICCINNA House, a beautiful masseria, typical rural construction of the area, completely restructured and located in a beautiful countryside, surrounded by green olive trees, about 10 minutes walk from the school. Students enjoy the pleasant and friendly atmosphere and the fresh and clean air coming from the surroundings, they can choose to stay in a single or shared double/triple bedroom. Some bedrooms are with bathroom too. Students can also prepare their own meals in the well-equipped kitchen and have a common lunch or dinner in the large terrace. Breakfast and bed linen are provided and there is also the washing machine. Every night, a service bus from the Masseria Piccinna House offer a pick up service from/to most important locals and discos of the area at a reasonable cost. In the Masseria Piccinna you have:

	use of totally equipped kitchen to prepare evening meals
	living room with TV and video cd
	short walk to School
	international environment
	single / double/ triple bedrooms
	all expenses included

HOMESTAY
Our homestay families are chosen carefully to provide you with a friendly and comfortable home. The food offered by the families is traditional one and typical of the area. Even though we suggest adapting to the eating habits and times that are common in Italy, if you let us know in advance your preferences, we will try to match you up accordingly. Both bed and breakfast and half board (breakfast and dinner) options are available. Additionally, as all our families live close to the school, there is no need to rely on public transport. Lessons are just a short walk or bycicle ride away.

SHARED OR PRIVATE APARTEMENTS
Students can also choose to live in a private apartment or to share it with other foreign students or young Italians. The price of each apartment depends on its location and how it is big. We offer a broad selection of holiday apartments, either located in the green surroundings of the town or close to the sea. We will also be able to provide you with information about other types of accommodation such as B&Bs and hotels.


Caution money is requested only for private apartments: 100 euro; the deposit will be refunded on your departure Please inform the school of your estimated time of arrival at least four days in advance. If you arrive a day earlier, or if you want to stay a day longer, please contact the school. Students are able to move into their accommodation the day before starting their language course (ie. the Sunday preceding their first day of course).
